Improve device selection in Project Generator

The device selection in the project generator has been improved to allow searching and some information display about the device you are selecting.

The text box also offers better filtering than previous versions.

Device specific New C/C++ Project menu item

A new menu item has been added to the File->New menu named Renesas C/C++ Project.

This then has a cascaded menu item for jumping to the project generator for each device.
Selecting the device will jump to the project generation options available for that device. �
